Ingredients: Chicken, Garam Masala, Coconut milk, Coriander, Turmeric. White onion, Vegetable oil, Garlic, Cumin, Cilantro, Lemon, Sambal, Rice, White sugar
For best results Chef recommends heating from thawed. Thaw overnight in the fridge. Convect: Remove plastic lid. Cover with aluminium foil. Preheat 350. Cook
45 mins with the lid on. Remove lid. Cook 375 for 15 minutes.
Regular Oven: Remove plastic lid. Cover with aluminium foil. Preheat to
375 degrees. Place the covered pan in the oven and cook for 50 minutes.
Remove foil. Cook an additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
