Vegan and vegetarian traditionally made with “creamy” coconut sauce chalk full of healthy chickpeas and vegetables.
Convect: Remove plastic lid. Cover with aluminium foil. Preheat 350. Cook 45 mins with the foil on. Remove foil. Cook 375 for 15 minutes.
Regular Oven: Remove plastic lid. Cover with aluminium foil. Preheat to 375 degrees. Place the covered pan in the oven and cook for 50 minutes. Remove foil. Cook an additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
