Balsalmic Onion Jam

Balsamic Onion Jam is rich and savoury, with a bit of sweetness from caramelized onions and some mild tanginess from red wine vinegar, then it's perfected with flavoursome balsamic vinegar. It's a versatile jam that can play the part of a dressing, a spread, or a dip - and perfectly scrumptious no matter how you choose to use it.

Ingredients: Sugar, Sugars (sugar, brown sugar), Onions, Balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, caramel colour), Pectin, Red wine vinegar, Salt, Thyme, Natural flavour, Citric acid.  Contains: Sulphites.

Blueberry Gin Fizz Jam

This jam is made entirely with Canadian wild blueberries. Plus, la dee da sauces boosted the flavour with a light tinge of lime juice and zest and finished with the bitterness of gin to create a divine spread. You'll think you're slathering an exquisite gin cocktail on your morning toast. 

Ingredients: Sugar, Blueberries, Pectin, Gin, Concentrated lemon juice, Natural flavour, Sodium citrate.

Peach Bellini Jam

This unique and tasty Peach Bellini Jam brings mouth-watering, Ontario ripe peaches and mixes them with sparkling Italian wine. It has real Prosecco wine in it. Light and delectable, it exemplifies the mellow flavour of Bellini cocktails served in Harry's Bar in Venezia.
