Lettie’s was founded in 2019 by Collette Lalonde. Located in the heart of beautiful Muskoka, Collette realized there was a demand for a locally made dairy free alternative. Collette began experimenting and sharing her creations with those around her, receiving rave reviews and consistently selling out at the local farmer’s market.
