Yo Mama's Sriracha Cheddar, an old family recipe that combines your favourite smoked trout with sriracha and cheddar. It’s the perfect creamy blend of sweet and heat for every palate.  Ingredients: Smoked fish (trout, brown sugar, garlic, molasses, salt), cream cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, guar gum), sour cream (cultured cream, enzymes), cheddar (milk, cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto (color)), lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar (from barley), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (fish), tamarind extract, onion, garlic, spice, flavours), jalapeno peppers, distilled vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, salt

Maple Punches our newest recipe and it combines our oldest favourites: smoked trout and maple syrup. It’s a delicious creamy and sweet spread everybody will love. Ingredients: Smoked fish (trout, brown sugar, garlic, molasses, salt), cream cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, guar gum), sour cream (cultured cream, enzymes), brown sugar, 35% whipping cream, maple extract (alcohol, maple concentrate, caramel color)

Your dip will come frozen and will stay fresh for 6 months in your freezer. Thaws easily overnight in your fridge. We recommend consuming within one week of thawing.

Springhills Trout Farm is a small scale operation in Grey County, Ontario. The farm is a second-generation family business with four land-based fish farms in Grey County. Owners and siblings Arlen and RJ Taylor pride themselves on humane and sustainable practices resulting in incredible tasting, fresh fish.
