Cookstown Blonde potatoes have yellow skin and yellow flesh. They are all-purpose potatoes. They are flaky in texture and noted for their excellent taste. Excellent multipurpose potato. Due to low starch content they are not good for mashing, nor do they boil well. Try using for fries, soups and potato pancakes or casseroles.
