The Taste the Bay Deluxe Picnic Basket Experience is packed in a beautiful basket complete with everything you need to enjoy a picture-perfect picnic.

The Taste the Bay Picnic comes in a reusable cooler bag to keep, for a super-portable picnic, ready to enjoy anywhere the open road takes you.

Taste the Bay Deluxe Picnic Basket Experience

Picnic for 2: $95 ($66+ $29 basket rental fee) + $50 refundable deposit
Picnic for 4: $142.50 ($113.50 + $29 basket rental fee) + $50 refundable deposit

Details:

• available Fridays and Saturdays, June – October
• order at least 48 hours in advance
• packed in a returnable basket with cooling compartment
• includes returnable plates, cutlery glasses and napkins
• limited number of baskets available/day
• refundable $50 deposit required at time of booking

Pick up and return:

• pick up on day of picnic 10 am – 5 pm
• return basket and non-food contents day after pick up 10 am – 5 pm
• location: Farm2Door 159 Balm Beach Rd. E., Tiny Township, ON (8 km from downtown Midland)

• 1 baguette and 2 soft pretzels – Fresh Baked Consulting, Midland
• 1 smoked trout pate – Milford Bay, Bracebridge
• 1 Ontario cheese – multiple suppliers
• 1 Gianetto’s Dip – The Original Gianetto’s, Midland
• 1 cured meat – PJ Meats, Barrie
• 1 black garlic jam – Bulbs of Fire, Tiny
• 2 sparkling honey beverages – Belicious, Whitchurch-Stouffville

Picnic for 4:

• 1 baguette and 4 soft pretzels – Fresh Baked Consulting, Midland
• 1 large smoked trout pate – Springhills, Mount Forest/Milford Bay, Bracebridge
• 2 Ontario cheeses – multiple suppliers
• 1 Gianetto’s Dip – The Original Gianetto’s, Midland
• 1 cured meat – PJ Meats, Barrie
• 1 large smoked garlic jelly – Bulbs of Fire, Tiny
• 4 sparkling honey beverages – Belicious, Whitchurch-Stouffville

Substitutions: Due to the unpredictable local food supply, substitutions of similar
products will be made if necessary.

Refundable deposit information:

• $50 deposit will be refunded when the basket and non-food items are returned
• if items are not returned clean, then a $15 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit
• if the basket or any of its contents are rendered not usable or representable, no deposit will be refunded

You should also know:

After booking:

• you’ll receive a confirmation email
• 48 hours before your picnic date, you’ll receive an email reminder with pick up information

Cancellations and refund policy:

• you can cancel your picnic up to 48 hours before the picnic date and receive a full refund (minus payment fees)
• with less than 48 hours’ notice, we’ll arrange a date change
