Stove Top- These frozen meals are best heated on the stove. Take contents out of bag and place in frying pan or pot. Slowly simmer on low heat with the lid on. Stir frequently.
Baking- Remove from the vac seal bag and place in a baking dish (preferably ceramic) at 350 degrees for 30 mins, then take out stir and then continue cooking for 15 mins
